April 2022 Meeting

In April, the Honor Society held their end-of-year party at the bowling alley, with snacks and a time to honor the four seniors graduating this year: Robin Robinson, Faith Cordle, Noah Lankford, and Susannah Kellam. It was a fun time and a great way to wrap up a fabulous year of Honor Society!

March 2022 Meeting

In March, Jason Isaacs came to speak to the group about the sovereignty of God. He explained sovereignty and shared some of his own testimony, highlighting God's sovereignty in several instances - from a job search to a highly dangerous mower accident. It was an encouraging and insightful talk!

In December, the Honor Society served at Friendship House, helping organize the food pantry, clean the facility, and price gifts at their Christmas store. The Friendship House provides after-school programs for children, food donation services to underprivileged families, and refugee care and housing. February 2022 Meeting

At our February meeting, we had the opportunity to volunteer for Soup for Seniors. Almost all of our members participated along with several additional family members. We helped to organize the canned food, check for expiration dates, unload food donations, dispose of excess cardboard, and load bags with the donated food.
